My mission is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and glowing in your skin. ✨ We use high quality wax to leave you silky smooth, along with top-tier products and tools to treat stubborn ingrown hairs, dark spots, and scarring. Your skin deserves the best, and that’s exactly what I provide! 📍 Our studio is located inside the Brick Condos complex, Unit BB. If you arrive early, feel free to relax in the waiting area until your scheduled appointment time. After 4:30PM, the door automatically locks for security. Please TEXT us upon arrival after this time so we can let you in. Parking: Free street parking is available nearby for your convenience. A non-refundable deposit is your golden ticket to lock in your spot! no take-backs! CANCELLATION POLICY
Client Policies & Booking Guidelines Your time is valuable, and so is ours. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for every client. - Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure all appointments -All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances -Cancellations & Rescheduling With no communication will result in a 50% fee We understand that life happens. If you need to make changes, please do so at least 24 hours in advance or please let me know ASAP. -Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 55% charge of the scheduled service, applied to the card on file. -No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 90% of the scheduled service. -After 3 no-shows, booking privileges will be permanently revoked. -Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is in place. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in a shortened service or full reschedule, depending on availability. Late arrivals without notice may be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly. -Waxing During Menstrual Cycle Services can still be performed during your cycle; however, sensitivity may be increased. Clients must wear a tampon or menstrual cup to proceed with intimate services. -Young Client Policy Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent. No services are performed on clients under 12 without a guardian in the room. A valid ID and written consent are required when booking appointments -Guest Policy If the client is a minor, one parent or guardian may accompany them. -No Pets To maintain a clean, safe, and focused environment, pets are not permitted in the suite. -Touch-Up Policy Touch-ups are available within 5 days of your original appointment. If the 5th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the window extends to the next business day. -Product Sales All product purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges. -Appointment Confirmation Confirmation messages are sent as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments. -Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
